PROCESS SERVER · MICHIGAN
Shiawassee County lies between Lansing and Flint. Owosso is its largest city and Corunna is the county seat, while much of the rest is small towns and farmland around Durand, Perry, Laingsburg, and Byron.
The county’s courts are in Corunna: the 35th Circuit Court in the historic courthouse, and the 66th District Court and Probate Court in the Courts & Health Building. We serve the people in those cases, and in cases from any other Michigan court, throughout the county.

WHERE WE SERVE
COURTS
Filing in a court outside this list? We can still serve a defendant who lives or works here. Service follows the person, not the court.

Many residents work in the Lansing or Flint areas. An employer and usual hours help us plan attempts for when the person is home.
Outside the towns, homes can sit far back on long driveways. A description of the house or a nearby landmark is helpful.
